Rob Throws Another Hissy Fit – Surreal Life, Fame Games, Episode 9
Andrea left on the last episode after attempting to cheat her way through the Back to Reality game. This week, the Fame Gamers seems subdued. They seem to realize that the end is near. (Can I get an Hallelujah?)
Ron, Pepa, Rob, Traci and Verne are just chillin’ in the A-list crib and Robin tells them they’ve got to go meet with Oscar Goodman, the Mayor of Las Vegas. Goodman, a former Mafia attorney, has been head of LV since 1999. He gives the famegamers keys to the city and declares it to be Surreal Life Day.
Traci is overwhelmed by the honor and the good luck chips the mayor tosses their way. Verne is ticked because hizzoner calls him “Mini-me.” Hehe!
Later on, the cast is told that they are going to spend time with someone who loves and adores them….and it’s NOT a member of their family. Instead, each castmate greets his or her ‘biggest’ fan. Most of the famegamers are underwhelmed to be spending time with people who have bought every CD or watched every movie they’ve been in.
Awww! It must be tough to have fans. In the famegamers’ defense, I must say that a few of these fans look loco en el coco, okay? I won’t say who, but it ain’t Verne’s fan. She’s a hot chick named Monique. Verne likes her and takes her for a ride on his scooter. Unfortunately, they’re also the first ones out of the competition.
Yes, did I neglect to mention that the fans and the famegamers had to hold onto each other using a motion-sensor-thigamajig (and yes, that’s the TECHNICAL TERM). When they stopped touching, the alarm would go off.
Ron tied his and his fan’s fingers together with shoe laces. Pepa got pissed at that and called him out for cheating. Oh well! She lost her concentration and was the second one out. She and Verne were heading straight Back to Reality.
Ron, Rob and Traci were competing fiercely. None of them wanted to give an inch. Robin the Leech had to come and make the competition more ‘interesting’. I’m not sure how because as soon as they stood up, Traci’s finger got loose and she was a shoo-in for the Back to Reality game.
Can you tell I’m really into watching this show? Seriously, dude, I’m just waiting for Rob to throw another hissy fit.
Wait for it…it’s coming…
Pepa, Traci and Mini-Me (oops, Verne) will play a fill in the blank game based on interviews and happenings in the Fame Game house thus far. All three contestants get the first question right. Pepa and Traci get the second question right. Verne’s bringing up the rear here. Pepa is actually the first to win her way to safety. Traci and Verne battle it out for the last remaining slot in the house.
On the final question, Robin the Leech asks them to complete the sentence. Ron Jeremy thinksk that Vanilla Ice has too much ______________, or something similar. Ron turns to Ice and tells him the blank is “testosterone” so Ice won’t get heated up. As the choices are read by Robin, Ice nods his head yea or nay. Neither Verne nor Traci seem to pick up on it. Rob’s not even aware he’s doing it.
In the end, Traci gets the right answer and Verne is sent packing. The producers come out and call out the ‘signaling’ possibly. Pepa says that Rob is the culprit. This pisses him off. He throws a tantrum. (See, wasn’t it worth the wait?) Pepa and Rob end up yelling and screaming at each other. Verne’s like, I can’t stand all this drama and how come no one seems to care that I’m leaving.
The producers return and say that since it seemed to be subconscious and didn’t appear to help anyone out they’ll let Verne’s elimination stand. Traci feels terrible about that. She cries to Verne. Verne tells her not to worry and just win the whole thing for the both of them.
Next week is the final episode. Finally. Perhaps, Rob will win this thing AND throw a tantrum. Now, wouldn’t that be unexpected?
