What’s Hot on TV Friday and Saturday – Summer Saturdays

It looks like we're starting with the summer Saturday programming, which means a whole lot of not much. Lots of sports, 48 Hours, some reality TV, and that's about it. There is something about Extreme Weight Loss that has become everything that The Biggest Loser is missing. The latter has gotten too caught up in the competition, missing all the important parts of weight loss and changing your life, while Extreme Weight Loss only deals with the weight loss and life change. I'm starting to think Fox is just spinning a wheel each night to decide what to air. First So You Think You Can Dance premiered before the end of American Idol, and now it seems Hell's Kitchen has been on every different night of the week, some weeks not appearing at all. While it premiered on Tuesday and has been a Monday show in the past, it's on tonight, and it's not even the finale yet. Catch up on your favorite shows you may have missed at TV-Links.
