What’s Hot on TV Tonight – Tough Week to Send Someone Home on Idol

Who’s going home tonight on American Idol? No one did terribly last night. And people who have been in the bottom three did terrifically. The next question is who would the judges decide to save? So far they haven’t seemed like they’re even considering it, yet they like all these people so much. Check in with other favorite shows you may have missed at TV-Links.

1. The Talk. Miranda Lambert is guest cohost, and Niecy Nash and Chris Young are the guests. 1:00 PM CT CBS

2. College Basketball. Final of NIT Tournament from Madison Square Garden. 6:00 PM CT ESPN

3. The Big Bang Theory. Sheldon gets haunted by Mr. Spock when Penny buys he and Leonard Star Trek collectibles, and Raj thinks he could have met his eventual wife after a blind date. 7:00 PM CT CBS

4. Community. Shirley, Pierce, and Britta make evil plans agains the cafeteria’s new sub shop, Vice Dean Laybourne continues to work on recruiting Troy to the Air Conditioning Repair Annex, and Troy and Abed compete in a blanket fort contest. 7:00 PM CT NBC

5. Missing. Becca searches through Europe for Michael until her best friend unexpectedly arrives with complications, and Michael tries to figured out why he was abducted. 7:00 PM CT ABC

6. The Vampire Diaries. Damon and Stefan bring in Elena, Caroline, and Matt to help them destroy Klaus, Bonnie works on a spell for Klaus after he threatens someone lose to her, and Klaus and Rebekah try to make Finn cooperate. 7:00 PM CT CW

7. American Idol. Nicki Minaj and Scotty McCreary perform, and another contestant is eliminated. 7:00 PM CT Fox

8. NBA Basketball. Dallas Mavericks at Miami Heat. 7:00 PM CT TNT

9. Dateline: Real Life Mysteries. In the first hour, a rich woman puts a hit out on her estranged husband, but is arrested before the dirty deed. In the second hour, a socialite, woman in law enforcement, businesswoman, and a new wife order up hits. In the third hour, a fatal fire is investigated. 7:00 PM CT TLC

10. Rules of Engagement. Audrey is sent by Jeff on a romantic scavenger hunt, and Adam has Russell believing Jen has a sex tape. 7:30 PM CT CBS

11. 30 Rock. Jack tries to figure out how to transform KableTown, Liz tries to keep up with her new hobby, Jenna believes she is cursed, and Hazel obsesses over Liz. 7:30 PM CT NBC

12. Person of Interest. The machine leads Reese and Finch to a person with nearly no digital footprint and who seems to be leading a double life. 8:00 PM CT CBS

13. The Secret Circle. An old acquaintance of Jake’s arrives to deliver a message to Blackwell, Cassie finds out what Eben has been planning, Diana is concerned her secret will lead to a wall between her and Grant, and Faye and Melissa make a deal with Adam. 8:00 PM CT CW

14. Touch. Martin meets a homeless man who shares Jake’s number obsession, and Teller visits Jake’s board-and-care facility. 8:00 PM CT Fox

18. Braxton Family Values. Hosted by Wendy Williams, the Braxton sisters join mom Evelyn to discuss season two highlights. Taped in front of a live studio audience, and featuring special guest Dr. Sherry, they’ll touch on everything from Toni heading back into the studio, Trina and Towanda’s complicated marriages, Evelyn’s failed walk down the aisle and per usual, Tamar’s take on everyone else’s business! 8:00 PM CT WE

19. Up All Night. Reagan and Ava try to book Stevie Nicks on the show, but personal responsibilities get in the way, and Chris joins a younger hockey league 8:30 PM CT NBC

20. The Mentalist. Jane runs into a musician he used to tour with while investigating a murder, and finds out his old pal is hiding something. 9:00 PM CT CBS

21. Awake. Detective Britten becomes the suspect when his tracking methods are questioned, Hannah thinks about moving to Oregon for school, and the doctors believe a move out of L.A. could stop Britten’s dreams. 9:00 PM CT NBC

22. The First 48: Missing Persons. Detectives focus on a dental student’s husband and mother when she disappears, but both end up passing a polygraph test. 9:00 PM CT A&E

23. Impractical Jokers. Four friends compete to embarrass each other in the ultimate hidden camera showdown. The guys try to sell diamonds to couples ready to tie the knot, and pose as members of a very unwelcoming committee down at the boardwalk. 9:00 PM CT truTV

24. Mary Mary. The spotlight is on Erica and Tina Campbell, sisters and the two halves of the Grammy® award-winning gospel duo, Mary Mary. Offstage and away from the lights, Erica and Tina are wives and moms struggling to balance both worlds.
