What’s Hot on TV Tonight – Drew Peterson: Untouchable

For those of us in the Chicago area, the Drew Peterson has dominated the news at different times over the past few years. Because of his odd media relations and the odd details of the case, it began to hit the national news too. But one of the more odd headlines to come out of the case is that Rob Lowe plays the starring role in the movie about the case tonight on Lifetime. Going through all that makeup to look like Peterson and less like the pretty boy he is has Lowe’s performance being compared to him looking like he’s doing an SNL skit.

16. Over the Hedge. Bruce Willis, Garry Shandling, Steve Carell, William Shatner, and Wanda Sykes provide voices in this animated flick about a raccoon who tricks the other animals into helping him get food after he loses what he stole from a bear. 7:00 PM CT ABC

17. Cops. In the first half hour, Drunk men vandalize a fence, undercover cops break up a drug deal, and a man lays in the street naked. In the second half hour, a high-speed car case leads to the car flipping over, a man hides his pot by eating it, and a man uses a gun to threaten his wife and baby. 7:00 PM CT Fox

18. My Cat from Hell. A couple’s future wedding is threatened because of vicious feline attacks, and an aggressive cat terrorizes a tiny dog. 7:00 PM CT Animal Planet

19. Drew Peterson: Untouchable. The story behind the Chicago-area cop whose third wife was found dead in a bathtub,and whose fourth wife disappeared, leading to a police case that eventually garners national attention. Rob Lowe stars. 7:00 PM CT Lifetime Channel
