I don’t know how we got here so quickly, and of course it seems like that every year, but today is the official start of the holiday season. Other than your own family plans, you can also celebrate the day with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the original Miracle on 34th Street, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, Lady Gaga, and more. 1. Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. 9:00 AM CT CBS and NBC

2. Braxton Family Values Marathon. Take a seat at the Braxtons’ family table and catch up on twelve hours of favorite episodes from season one and the first two episodes of season two. 9:00 AM CT WE

3. Thanksgiving with Your Godfather. The Godfather and The Godfather: Part II. Part 1 shows at 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, and Part 2 airs at 2:30 PM and 11:00 PM. CT AMC

4. NFL Football. Green Bay Packer at Detroit Lions. 11:30 AM CT Fox

5. The National Dog Show. Kennel Club of Philadelphia’s annual event. 12:00 PM CT NBC

6. Yours, Mine & Ours. Dennis Quaid and Rene Russo take on this remake, and do a great job, but I still prefer the original with Lucille Ball. 12:00 PM CT TBS

7. Miracle on 34th Street. Catch this one when you can, as it’s the original. Most other times you’ll find it during the holiday season, it will be the remake. 2:00 PM CT NBC

8. NFL Football. Miami Dolphins at Dallas Cowboys. 3:00 PM CT CBS

9. Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who! The movie adaptation of the popular Seuss story, starring the voices of Jim Carrey and Steve Carell. 9:00 AM CT FX

10. Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. I’m not a big turkey fan, so I think I would actually prefer the ice cream sundaes, toast, pretzels, popcorn, and jelly beans. I would also prefer Chandler Bing’s Funyons.7:00 PM CT ABC

11. Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas. Manny has Sid believing his is on the naughty list, leaving Sid, Crash, Eddie, and Peaches to try to explain themselves to Santa Claus at the North Pole. 7:00 PM CT Fox

12. CNN Heroes: Where Are They Now? Anderson Cooper hosts this look back at CNN Heroes from the past five years, featuring celebrities who’ve been inspired by CNN Heroes such as Dancing with the Stars Champion J.R. Martinez, The Office’s Rainn Wilson, comedian George Lopez, and more. 7:00 PM CT CNN

13. NFL Football. San Francisco 49ers at Baltimore Ravens. 7:00 PM CT NFL

14. Happiness Is a Warm Blanket Charlie Brown. The gang tries to help Linus give up his security blanket. 7:30 PM CT Fox

15. Cake Boss: Family Feast. An Italian Thanksgiving dinner and a turkey cake. 8:00 PM CT TLC

16. A Very Gaga Thanksgiving. Lady Gaga is interviewed by Katie Couric, is helped by Art Smith to make a deep-fried turkey and waffles, and performs a duet with Tony Bennett 8:30 PM CT ABC

17. The 85th Anniversary of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Paradet. A look back at he top moments of parades past. 9:00 PM CT NBC

18. The Joy Behar Show. Bette Midler and Kris Jenner are the guests tonight. 9:00 PM CT HLN

19. Gigolos. Brace gets a visit from his ex, Steven lands a bachelorette party booking, and Nick is hired by a dominatrix. 10:00 PM CT Showtime
