What's Hot on TV Tonight – Bachelor Pad and the Lip Challenge

WHOTV.jpgBachelor Pad has to be one of the cheesiest things out there, but I can’t help but watch it. Last week had the synchronized swimming challenge, and this week it’s the Best Lip Challenge. Catch up on other TV you may have missed at TV-Links.

1. My Best Friend’s Wedding. This movie has a lot going for it with Julia Roberts, Cameron Diaz, Dermot Mulroney, Rupert Everett, and some great music. It was this movie that turned Roberts into one of my favorite actresses. 12:10 PM CT Encore

2. Beverly Hills Cop. Every time I see the name of this movie, I hear the instrumental theme song in my head, and I just think, wow, could that be any more 80s? Eddie Murphy plays a Detroit cop relocated to Beverly Hills. 3:15 PM CT OuterMax

3. MLB Baseball. Philadelphia Phillies at Cincinnati Reds. 6:00 PM CT ESPN

4. Bachelor Pad. An attempt is made to bring down one of the power couples, and the winners of a best lip challenge get one-on-one dates. 7:00 PM CT ABC

5. Eureka. Allison and Carter are interrupted by an emergency evacuation sequence. An attempt to do an engine test on a space craft has caused everything to go awry and they can’t get the engines to turn off on the hangar floor. It appears they can’t contain it and if the thrusters activate, the craft will tear a hole right through Global Dynamics. 7:00 PM CT Syfy

6. The Secret Life of the American Teenager. George believes that Nora and Anne are growing closer, while Jack gets closer to Grace with the help of a school project. 7:00 PM CT ABC Family

7. Basketball Wives LA. The lives of west coast basketball wives are examined. 7:00 PM CT VH1

8. NFL Preseason Football. Dallas Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings. 7:00 PM CT NFL Network

9. Hell’s Kitchen. The final six aspiring chefs face off in a team challenge. 8:00 PM CT Fox

10. The Closer. Brenda requests help from Capt. Raydor in a police brutality investigation, then her attorney starts depositions with the squad concerning the lawsuit against her. 8:00 PM CT TNT

11. American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior. Senior and Junior prepare to settle the lawsuit that has come between the family. 8:00 PM CT Discovery

12. Warehouse 13. Myka and Artie are about to board an elevator with 40 floors to the ground. Myka insists that they should take the stairs instead, but a frustrated agent claims it would take too long, plus they had the area secure until she showed up. Just a few floors into the ride and the automatic brakes stop their trip down, and Artie claims it only happens in case of an emergency. 8:00 PM CT Syfy

13. Hoarders. Following up on the stories from season three. 8:00 PM CT A&E

14. The Lying Game. Emma continues to be a complication in Sutton’s life in Arizona, and Sutton discovers some shocking things in L.A.. 8:00 PM CT ABC Family

15. The Millionaire Matchmaker. Patti’s first client is Daniel Kibblesmith, a 27-year-old comedy writer for the popular website Groupon. Daniel is a self-professed nerd who doesn’t understand the social etiquette of dating. Her other client is 34-year-old Mario Max Shaumberg-Lippe, who allegedly hails from one of the oldest royal family in Europe, and has amassed a fortune developing his own fashion line, fragrances, and an upcoming vodka label. but has to stop bragging about it all. 8:00 PM CT Bravo

16. Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations. It’s a trip to Cajun Country for a crawfish boil. 8:00 PM CT Travel Channel
