What's Hot On TV Tonight – After the Final Rose

I don’t think there’s anything that could happen tonight on After the Final Rose for The Bachelorette that could possibly top Jason Mesnick’s drama last season. I’m likely to think this one sticks … for now. Jillian and Ed seem genuine; they have since the beginning, and they’ve already worked through problems, with his leaving, and then whatever it was that happened in the private suite that night. It’s not like they had this big fairytale and will now be presented with the real world. They’ve kind of already been there. I’m figuring they’ll still be together tonight, and that perhaps this could be the second relationship from this franchise to actually see the alter.

  • On More to Love— I was glad that he picked Tali. She was, after all (well, it seemed that way to me…)the most beautiful of all the women on there. I do think they make a great looking couple, but I also feel like their personalities would go good together, and like they might have a great life together. Malissa, although sweet and attractive, and SEEMING like she would have been the good choice for Luke, would have been too obvious and BORING… BUT what I want to expound on here, that I thought was very interesting that Tali said tonight, was that she had said that she’s never been in love like this with anyone, and that when she would say I LOVE YOU in the past to someone, that in was never reciprocated. NOW– from the beginning of this show, when all the gals came out, I, like I’m sure a lot of people watching, were like– OH, THIS ONE’s GONNA GO ALL THE WAY TO THE END, THAT ONE WILL BE ELIMINATED SOON, etc…. When I saw Tali, I knew she’d probably make it to the end, if not be picked as THE ONE. And so she was, and we all agree, I’m sure, on just how beautiful she is. NOW, my point, finally here is that, this utterly beautiful girl said she never had a guy say to her that he loved her, granted she is only 26, but still, as beautiful as she is, just cause she’s a tad bit thick in the hips (which is actually a GOOD thing, by the way!), she’s never felt loved by a guy or that she never quite measured up to how society thinks she should be, whatever, whatever..something to that effect. THIS IS SUCH A PATHETIC STATE OF OUR SOCIETY— that this drop dead, gorgeous girl has had to feel like this, all because she’s a few pounds overweight. SORRY— this is turning into something else here, but I DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOCIETY’S OBSESSION WITH SKINNY BITCHES!!! The End, thank you.
