What's Hot On TV Tonight – Animal Planet Dog Championships

I always think one of the neatest things about dog shows is when the dogs win, and they seem to know. They get all excited and prance around. It’s like they know they done good. Tonight we have the Animal Planet Dog Championships. It’s not the Westminster, but stil, it’s fun to see the dogs no matter the venue.

1. Spaceballs. This is a great Mel Brooks classic, parodying Star Wars among many others. Brooks stars in the movie as well, along with John Candy and Rick Moranis. 12:35 PM CT Encore West

2. Road House. And how is Patrick Swayze these days? No news is good news? He’s obviously trying to beat that pretty boy/dancer image created in Dirty Dancing in this movie. 1:30 PM CT CMT

3. Kings. It’s part 2 of 2 and the season finale as Jack gets ready to take the throne, but Silas turns up alive, as David tries to warn him about the plot against him. 7:00 PM CT NBC

4. Primeval. In the series finale, the team travels back in time to stop the poisoning of the earliest humans that would prevent their evolution in Africa’s Great Rift Valley. 7:00 PM CT BBC

5. Animal Planet Dog Championships 2009. It’s the annual competition that features dogs from all over the country. 7:00 PM CT Animal Planet

6. Kanye West Live From the Chicago Theatre. Kanye West performs selections from his 2008 CD in a benefit for the Students Helping Our World and Kanye West Foundation. 7:00 PM CT Fuse

7. Cops. A drug possession arrest comes out of what started out to be a simple taillight violation, and the police in Las Vegas break up a bloody brawl. 7:30 PM CT Fox

8. 48 Hours Mystery. A teen who had been accused of murder gets help in finding justice from the police officers who originally wanted to put him away. 8:00 PM CT CBS

9. America’s Most Wanted: America Fights Back. John Walsh takes a look at the most dangerous fugitives, shows viewers how to protect themselves, and looks at laws that hurt victims and the efforts of law enforcement officials. 8:00 PM CT Fox

10. Being Human. The series opener focuses on three friends who harbor dark secrets that begin to catch up with them. 8:00 PM CT BBC

11. Dirty Sexy Money. It’s another cancelled series that’s trying finish out all those episodes already filmed. Nick takes Darlings’ jet to pick up Kiki from Maryland, and Karen and Brian tag along, attending to their personal matters. Tripp wants Patrick to convince a congressman to change his standing on biofuel. 9:00 PM CT ABC
