Big Brother 11 – Cast Revealed

It’s that time again! Big Brother is right around the corner and, by the
looks of it, this season is going to be one you won’t want to miss.

This year 12 houseguests will be broken up into 4 groups: Brainiacs,
Athletes, Populars, and Off-Beats. This is very exciting; it feels like
Survivor Cook Islands, only less controversial. It will be interesting to
see who stays aligned with their specified group and who breaks away.
Let’s take a closer look at this season’s cast:

Braden (28) – Surfer dude

He’s either going to get on everyone’s nerves, or he’s going to be the
coolest guy in the house. Just from reading his bio it is hard to picture
how he will actually play the game. He does seems a bit full of himself; I
could see him thinking he has more power than he actually does. That could
be his undoing.

Casey (41) – Fifth grade teacher by day and DJ by night

Seems like a fun guy with a nice sense of humor. I see him fitting right
in; I only hope he can match his friendliness with strategic decisions. You
can’t win the game by being everyone’s friend, you know.

Chima (32) – Freelance journalist “Military brat”

She claims to not get intimidated easily. Well, that’s good and all, but hopefully she remembers not to intimidate
other people herself. I imagine we can expect her to be in several fights during her stay in the house.

Jeff (31) – Advertising salesman

He’s going into the house with a “treat others the way you would like to be
treated” attitude. He hopes the others in the house will live by that too.
Don’t get me wrong, this is fine for the real world, but the Big Brother house? Come on! If everyone thought like that nobody would get voted out.

Jordan (22) – Easygoing and laid back small town girl

She seems like a nice girl, but I don’t see her winning this. She seems
like she would get along well with Jeff. They both seem very naive,
especially when it comes to the game of Big Brother. I get the feeling that
she is in way over her head. Her only chance is to find a strong strategist
and latch on.

Kevin (29) – Excommunicated Jehovah’s witness

Seems like a very interesting guy, but feels like a wild card in terms of
strategy. It will be interesting to see whom he aligns with as the game
goes on.

Laura (21) – Bikini model

She’s seems like a smarter piece of eye candy than from what we’ve seen in
previous seasons. She is a true Big Brother fan, who may know how to use
her looks to her advantage.

Lydia (24) – used to be a nanny for a high profile couple, has lots of
tattoos

She is going into the Big Brother house looking for friends. Not the
mindset to have going into this type of reality show. Paris Hilton’s My New BFF sounds
more like the show for her.

Michele (27) – Has a PHD in neuroscience

Smart girl, she says after years of studying the brain she can spot a lie a
mile away. She could go far if she manages to hide her intellect. I guess
we’ll find out just how smart she really is.

Natalie (24) – Poker player and has a bronze medal in Tae Kwon Do

With brains and brawn, she seems perfect for this game. And, like Chima, she does not get intimidated easily. Maybe they can spend all their time not intimidating each other. Also, weighing just over one hundred pounds, she is a very small person that is sure to appear as less of a threat. If she can use this to her advantage she will go far because she is definitely a force to be reckoned with inside the house.

Ronnie (30) – Video game addict

Supposedly he can recite the order of every person ever evicted from the Big
Brother house. Impressive, but that’s certainly not going to help him get
further in the game. What would really be something is if he memorized why
they were evicted. That way he could learn from past mistakes and hide his
encyclopedic knowledge of the game, instead of just becoming another memorized name himself.

Russell (24) – MMA fighter, “Russell the Lovemuscle”

He says he is always ready for a fight, which is great for ratings, but I
doubt it will help him get further in the game. He seems like a nice guy, with an interesting background, but I think his temper will get the best of him inside the house.

Oh, and did I mention there’s going to be a 13th mystery guest revealed on
July 7th? Well, it’s true. My bet is it could be a past houseguest
returning. Perhaps Brian from last season. He left way too soon. Or maybe
Eric from season 8; he was stuck being America’s Player the entire time.
Let him play his own game. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see…
